merchantability. This driver is not supported by Ontrak Control Systems.
This is an experimental driver. Assume that this driver is seriously broken. You are
responsible for testing it in your environment.

No other usage is allowed.
Copyrights
The adutux driver is based on works that have been released under the GPL. This
includes code copyrighted by Greg Kroah-Hartman, Oliver Neukum and others. The portions
contributed by myself are copyright 2003-2004 by John Homppi.
Licensing Notes
Calling the exposed API of the adutux.ko driver does NOT cause your application
program to become a "derived work". You retain all rights and privileges to your
application code. (Note: this clause mimics the condition applied by Linus Torvalds to the
entire Linux kernel.)
However, any changes you make to the adutux source code MUST be shared as per
the covenants of the GPL. The GPL is the only authorisation that grants you the privilege
to use the adutux driver. If you do not wish to abide by the GPL then do not use the
adutux driver. |
